I love stories, adventures and reading. I love that reading can send you hurtling into a different time and make you feel things in places that you’ve never even visited. I love being swept away by a story and making friends who exist solely within the pages of a book.

 

I believe that storytelling is important to us all, allowing us to explore our empathy for others with experiences that we may never personally encounter.

 

Earlier in my life, I obtained my PhD and worked as a scientist researching novel therapies for cancer where I had extensive experience in the world of academic publishing.

 

I'm now using my passion for reading and a proclivity for using language effectively to help authors make their stories shine with strong, clear voices.
